Before using our services, please take a moment to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By using our website and purchasing our treatments, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services and feel free to contact us.

Refund Policy

Once you’ve made a purchase, we don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to make your treatment choices carefully.

Appointment Cancellations and Changes

• We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in case you need to cancel or make changes to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
• If you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or fail to show up for a booked appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. This fee covers the time and resources allocated to your appointment.

• Certain treatments require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total treatment cost at checkout. Please note the following details regarding deposits:

  • Refundable Deposit: If you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded and held as a credit on your account. This credit can be used towards future treatments or purchases.
  • Non-refundable Deposit: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, fail to show up, or change your mind on the day of your appointment, the deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
• To avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees, we recommend noting down your future appointments in your calendar. While we strive to send text and email reminders before your session, it is ultimately your responsibility to manage your appointments and ensure attendance.

Refunds

LEXINIC is committed to complying with the applicable laws and regulations, including the New Zealand Consumer Law. In circumstances where a refund is required as per the consumer rights outlined in the law, we will provide a refund by the relevant guidelines.

Pre-paid Treatments

General Terms:

• Pre-paying for treatments offers cost savings based on our pre-payment schedule. We value your commitment to LEXINIC and reward you with reduced rates for pre-paid treatments.
• Please note that prepaid treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be swapped with other treatments unless otherwise stated.

Medical Suitability and Expiry Dates: 

• If After a consultation, it is determined that you are unsuitable for a pre-paid treatment, you have the option to either receive a refund or transfer the credit to another treatment of equal value.
• Pre-paid treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless extended due to pregnancy or changes in medical suitability. We kindly request that you utilise your pre-paid treatments within the specified validity period.

• If you cancel or modify a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time or fail to attend, the treatment will be forfeited. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding. The same policy applies if you choose not to undergo treatment on your scheduled day without a valid reason.

Promotional Discounts

General Terms:

• Promotional discounts do not apply to pre-paid treatments or packages that are already discounted.
• Promotional pricing is only valid for new purchases made and paid for in full during the promotion period.

Additional Terms:

• Pre-paid treatment credits cannot be used towards other promotional or pre-paid treatments/products.
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Promotional discounts are off the single treatment price.
• To avail of promotional discounts, pre-payment or purchase may be required.
• Treatment packages cannot be split between multiple individuals.
• All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.

Therapist Assignments

At LEXINIC, we strive to accommodate your treatment preferences and assign you with your requested therapist whenever possible. However, we would like to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances or temporary staff shortages, it may be necessary to assign a different therapist to your session. Please rest assured that all our therapists are highly experienced and undergo continuous training and assessment to ensure the highest quality of service.
