Why do I need cosmetic injectables?
As we grow older our skin begins to lose firmness and elasticity and produces less elastin, collagen and hyaluronic acid. Cosmetic Injectables are a non-invasive treatment option to rejuvenate and enhance your best features.
Those who desire a more youthful appearance without wanting to have surgical cosmetic procedures, often turn to injectables. Injectable treatments such as Botox are appealing when a client wants a quick fix without a long recovery time. They’re fast, recovery time is short, and usually, the procedure is safe and effective.
We provide three different injectable categories at LEXINIC.
Botox/Dysport
Botox/Dysport are the most common and popular form of cosmetic procedure in the world. When someone mentions “Botox” people immediately know what it does. Botox/Dysport is injected to reduce the look of facial wrinkles, especially in the uppermost third of the face.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are mainly made up of hyaluronic acid in different forms. They are commonly used to correct or lessen the effects of moderate or severe facial wrinkles and folds. We also use fillers to augment an area like lips, cheeks or jaw reshaping.
PROFHILO
Profhilo is the ‘acceptable injectable’. It is the new injectable on the block that targets dullness and all the things we have to look forward to as we age, like lines and wrinkles, skin laxity and skin laxity/ loss of fullness (sigh). And, just like most fillers, hyaluronic acid is also the main player here, being injected into 10 different points of the face (5 on each side).
